A Perfectly Fitting Mouthguard A precisely fitting mouthguard offers the best protection. Follow these steps to fit your mouthguard:
Fill a bowl with water at about 75°C (warm, but not boiling). Let your SISU mouthguard rest in it until it's pliable (about 1 minute). Place the mouthguard correctly in your mouth and fold the sides up against your teeth. Close your lips and gently suck in air . Remove your mouthguard only when it's fully hardened . Did something go wrong, or do you just want to do it again? Simply repeat the process. You can reshape SISU mouthguards up to 20 times . You'll know your mouthguard fits perfectly when it meets these conditions:
